Letters

Have you received a letter from CESA Developments?

CESA Developments regularly look for land that has potential for Development, and Commercial Property Investments in and around London. If you have received a letter from CESA Developments declaring interest in your property, you may find this page helpful. Please have a look at the relevant section.

Letters from Land & Planning Department:

Our Land & Planning Department scans London Boroughs and Home Counties to find land suitable for development. When a suitable land is found, CESA’s in-house consultants and architects carry out a preliminary feasibility study to assess potential for development. After this initial review, a letter is sent to the proprietor of the property.

Should the proprietor be interested in listening to CESA’s offer, CESA carries out detailed feasibility studies and surveys to come up with the optimum scheme and offer for the property. This process usually takes up to 2-3 weeks, after which CESA would be in a position to meet in person and present the offer to the landowner.

Each site has its own opportunities and constraints, therefore each offer is tailored taking all into account. CESA Developments is flexible in negotiating various types of purchase agreements with landowners in order to suit their particular requirements and circumstances.

Letters from Commercial Property Department:

CESA’s Commercial Property Department constantly scans London for Commercial Investment opportunities to extend its portfolio. CESA Commercial Property Portfolio includes Industrial, Last Mile Logistics and Retail units.

CESA would be able to provide its offer to Commercial Property owners within 10 working days after the property owner’s response. This is because CESA carries out a basic feasibility study prior to sending letters to commercial property owners.

Thank you for taking the time to read the information provided. If you’re interested in listening to CESA’s offer or would like to discuss further, please contact us quoting the Reference on the letter received.
